| 摘 要： | 二十八醇是一种天然存在的功能性高级脂肪醇,研究表明它具有降低血液总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白、预防动脉粥样硬化、改善心肌功能、抗炎等生理活性。本文介绍了二十八醇的来源分布、基本结构、性质以及它的生理功能与提取,总结了现阶段常用的二十八醇的制备与纯化方法,并根据国内外二十八醇的研究、应用现状,对其今后的发展前景作出预测。 |

| Abstract: | Epidemiologic studies consistently show that Octacosanol has functions of reducing blood cholesterol,decreasing LDL,preventing cardiovascular diseases etc.The paper discussed the distribution,physical and chemical properties of Octacosanol;introduced it's purification and physiological activities.The application and develop trends was also summarized in the paper. |
