康有为军事改革思想述论

康有为的军事改革思想是其思想体系的重要组成部分,是在民族危机日益深重的形势下和他的爱国实践中逐渐形成的。其主要内容有：重视军备、“尚武为修文”;效法西方,“举国民为兵”;选练将才,大练精兵;速成海军,以保海疆;加强军队后勤保障建设,造就精锐之师．这一思想在当时产生了一定的积极影响,对当今也不乏借鉴意义。

On Thoughts of KANG Youwei's Military Reform

With the increasing national crisis and his patriotic activities,KANG Youwei's thought of military reform came into being which was an essential part of his ideologic system. Its main content is stressing military preparation, "strengthen the force to keep peace" ;following the ways of the western countries, "select soldiers from the whole country"; choosing military talents,training armies on an extensive scale;forming navies to protect the marine border and enhancing the military preparation work to make excellent troops. Such an idea exerted a certain positive effect at that time,and now,it can still be used for reference.
