| 摘 要： | 本文从我国电子商务发展和人才培养就业的现状出发,分析了我国电子商务人才培养模式中存在的问题,并对电子商务的岗位和人才特征及其知识构成进行了探讨,提出了构建科学合理的电子商务人才培养体系的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the current situation of the development of e-commerce and cultivation and employment for talented person,this paper analyzes the posts and features of talented persons and construction of knowledge,according to the problems in the mode of cultivation for talented person of e-commerce.In the end,this paper puts forward some suggestions to how to construct scientific and reasonable system for cultivating talented person of e-commerce. |
