石榴籽提取物中黄酮含量测定

黄酮类化合物是以黄酮(2-苯基色原酮)为母核而衍生的一类黄色色素.本实验采用醇提法从脱脂石榴籽残渣中获得提取物,然后以硝酸铝显色法于510 nm下使用可见分光光度法,以槲皮素标准品为对照品测定提取物中的黄酮含量.实验结果表明:石榴籽残渣中黄酮含量为12.79%.该方法简便,重现性好,结果准确,可作为石榴籽提取物的质量控制.

The Determination of Extractive Flavonoid from Pomegranate Seed
