摘    要:新疆、北京、河北、吉林冰雪旅游的强势崛起大大动摇了黑龙江冰雪旅游的“龙头”地位。冬奥会提名权的丧失也给“自我感觉良好”的龙江人敲响了警钟。通过与国内主要冰雪资源区旅游发展的优劣势比较,结合国内冰雪旅游发展现状,提出了突出市场主体,拓宽资金来源渠道,完善制度建设,统筹协调管理,挖掘特色冰雪文化资源,塑造冰雪文化品牌,以学校为依托,强化居民冰雪运动意识培育等黑龙江冰雪旅游在政策、市场融资、文化融合、人才培养等方面的改进策略,为打造黑龙江特色的冰雪旅游品牌,拓展黑龙江冰雪旅游发展提供理论依据。

Comparative Study on the Developing Strategies of Ice and Snow Tourism in Heilongjiang Province
Abstract:The rise of ice and snow tourism in Xinjiang,Beijing,Hebei,Jilin greatly shaked the"leader"status of heilongjiang province in the ice and snow tourism. Losing the nomination for Winter Olympics also is a wake-up call to heilongjiang people who are feeling good.By the comparison the advantages and disadvantages of the development of main ice and snow tourism resources,combining the domestic current situation of the ice and snow tourism development,put forward to outstand main part of the market,broaden the channels of funding sources,improve the system construction and overall coordination management,finding characteristics of ice and snow cultural resources,build ice and snow cultural brand,based on schools,enhance the athletic consciousness of local people and other improving strategis in policy,market,culture fusion,talents cultivation in heilongjiang,to create the characteristics of heilongjiang ice and snow tourism brand,providing a theory basis for expanding the development of ice and snow tourism in heilongjiang province.
