Study on Discipline Construction in Normal University

Discipline construction is an everlasting subject in the development process of a normal college and also an arduous one from their chain tasks.The author of this thesis investigates into the discipline from its connotation and extension,goals,approaches for discipline construction and so do the discipline development direction,the creation of college brand and construction of a characteristic college,which forms core competitiveness.
