功利主义伦理观及其对中国教育公平问题的适切性

摘    要:从教育公平这一话题出发,利用功利主义伦理价值观的基本原理分析了其对我国当前教育公平问题的适切性。一方面,功利主义价值取向有助于促进教育公平,实现公民利益最大化;另一方面,功利主义思想重集体轻个人的理论缺陷使其在实践中不能彻底解决教育资源在个人层面公平分配的问题。

Abstract:Nowadays,Chinese society is in a period of transition,in which education equity has always been a societal hot spot.From this topic,the author in this paper gives a detailed analysis on the appropriateness of Chinese education equity,using the basic principles of utilitarian ethics.On one hand,utilitarian ethics helps to promote the equity in education and maximize the interests of the vast majority of people.On the other hand,utilitarian theories are characterized by valuing the great majority and ignoring the individuality.As a result,the issue that equitable distribution of education resources at the individual level can hardly be resolved in reality.
