| 摘 要： | 企业资源计划是制造业以对其资源的计划与控制为核心的集成信息管理系统。本文分析了中国建筑业在加入世界贸易组织后在信息化生产程度低、体制不完善等方面面临的挑战。通过对ERP特征和其在建筑施工管理中一些主要作用的阐述，说明ERP在CIMS中处于核心地位，企业CIMS的开发，首先应着眼于ERP这一核心系统的实施，并指出基于CIMS的ERP将是一种更有效的促进企业生产效率的全新信息系统。

| Abstract: | ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)is an integrated information management system which core is resource planning and controlling of manufacturing.The article discusses our construction industry faces the challenges such as low information production lever,poor system after entering World Trade Organization.Through presenting characters and main effects of ERP in construction management,this paper analyzes that being in a central position of CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems),ERP implementation should be emphasized firstly.It also points out that ERP based on CIMS will be a more efficient and brand new information system for the development of construction industry. |
