| 摘 要： | 技术溢出效应主要是指跨国公司在实现技术的当地化过程中通过技术的非自愿扩散，促进当地企业技术和生产力提高。而跨国公司又无法获取全部收益，它是经济外在性的一种表现。在分析技术溢出途径和影响技术溢出效应因素的基础上，提出我国企业可以从合理引进国外先进技术、提升自身技术水平、正确引导外资投向、转变贸易方式等四个方面提高对技术溢出的吸收能力，提升我国企业整体技术水平，促进产业结构和贸易结构升级。

| Abstract: | Technology spillover effect mainly refers to the multi-national corporation＂ promoting local enterprise technology and productivity through technical involuntary diffusion in the process of technical localization without being unable to get all of the benefits. It is a form of economic externality. Based on the analysis of technology spillover channels and the factors that affect technology spillover, the article proposed our country ＂s enterprise improve their technical level from four aspects： introducing foreign advanced technology suitably, guiding foreign investment correctly, changing the mode of trade and improving the absorptive capacity of technology spillover, thus improving the overall technical level of China＇s enterprises, promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and trade structure. |
