关于山西电大现代远程教育基础建设的思考

现代远程教育正以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,在教育系统中发挥着越来越重要的作用.电大是现代远程教育的主力军,已是不争的事实.所以,山西电大一定要不失时机地搞好现代远程教育基础建设,在摸准现有基础建设情况的前提下,制定出发展总体目标,搞好拟建项目的主要功能、具体内容(含旧设施改造)的费用概算、方案的执行步骤及投资计划等,认真分析项目陆续建成并投入使用后可产生的社会效益和经济效益,制定方案落后的保证措施,真正使山西电大在山西省现代远程教育中发挥好主力军作用.
