| 摘 要： | 文章通过文献资料收集和调查研究,对中华传统武术法律保护的立法现状及立法的可行性进行了分析,并提出了对中华传统武术法律保护立法的基本原则和在立法过程中需要处理好权利与义务、私权利益与社会性利益、个人利益和集体利益之间的关系等。

| Abstract: | With the methods of document study and investigation the paper studies the present status and the feasibility of legislative conditions of traditional Wushu legal protection,and proposes the basic principles in the legislative process of traditional Wushu legal protection and relationships must to be properly dealed with such as rights to obligations,the privacy interests to the community of interests and personal interests to collective interests and so on. |
