绿色食品基地环境质量评价指标体系及评价方法研究

摘    要:对食品产地进行环境质量现状评价是申报绿色食品的一个重要环节。根据对绿色食品基地环境质量的评价实践,提出了建立绿色食品基地环境质量评价指标体系的原则,在此基础上,建立了由大气环境质量,农田灌溉用水水质和土壤环境质量等三个方面,共22项指标构成的指标体系,并提出了相应的评价标准和方法。

Abstract:The assessment of environmental quality in the production base of food is an important link in applying for green food. According to the practice of assessment.the principles for establishing the assessment index syStem of environmental quality in the base area of green food were suggested. Based on above,the assessment index system was established,which consisted of the environmental quality of atmosphere,irrigation water and soil,totally twenty-two indexes. The assessment standards and methods concerning to these indexes were also put forward.
