| 摘 要： | 介绍了北京化工大学国有资产管理处加强大型精密仪器管理，提高大型仪器设备使用效益的做法。通过对大型精密仪器管理制度的建立、开放上机人员的培训、管理人员和开放时间的合理配置，逐步实现了学校大型精密仪器全天候开放使用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the practice of Department of State-owned Assets in Beijing University of Chemical Technology in reinforcing the management and improving the use benefit of large-scale precision instrument and equipment. The all-weather open usage for large- scale precision instrument and equipment has been carried out gradually by constituting managerial system, including training of users, reasonable distribution of managers and opening time. |
