| 摘 要： | 芜湖米市的盛衰 ,与厘金制度的设废有着密切的关联。米市形成之初 ,米厘制度的设立客观上为其粮源的保障起到了关键性的作用 ;2 0世纪 30年代米厘制度被撤废 ,米市粮源失去政府的政策性保护 ,芜湖米市由此逐渐走向衰落。由于当时各种客观因素的影响 ,又使得米市衰落过程呈复杂化趋势。

| Abstract: | The rise and fall of Wuhu rice market was closely connected with the establishment and abolition of the tax system.With the appearance of the rice market,the set up of the rice tax system objectively played a key role in guaranteeing the rice sources.In 1930s,Wuhu rice market gradually declined because of the abolition of the rice tax system,resulting in no government policy protection for sources of the market.The effects of the various objective factors of the time made the declining process more complex. |
