| Abstract: | Under the network environment,the information resource and service integration are important domain in facing the user service development.Based on the practice of information resource and service integration,this paper analyses main body structure of rights and interests in integration and service,discusses protection policy,the legal measure in rights and interests protection from the government,the public,the service provider and the user angle,and proposes the corresponding guarantee countermeasure. |
