| 摘 要： | 黄炎培指出职业教育的终极目标是“使无业者有业，使有业者乐业”，在现代经济条件下，职业教育作为一种与社会经济发展联系最为直接、最为密切的教育，在就业系统工程中发挥着更加明显的作用。黄炎培的职业教育目的论对发挥职业教育在扩大就业中的作用有着重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Huang Yan-pei pointed out that the vocational education's ultimate goal is to make the jobless who have occupation,so that the industry enjoying his occupation,in modern economic conditions,as a most direct,most closely related education with socio-economic development, the vocational education play a more significant role in employment systems engineering.Huang Yanpei purpose of vocational education has an important guiding significance to give play to the expansion of employment. |
