教育政策平衡:性质反思与概念重组

摘    要:自平衡理论被引入教育政策研究领域以来,它的性质与概念一直受到推论依据的挑战。平衡究竟是什么,平衡论是否能作为教育政策协调的基本理论与方法,学界仍然莫衷一是。为此,需要对教育政策平衡的性质与概念加以反思与重组。

Abstract:since the introduction of balance theory in the research field of educational policy,its nature and conception have been challenged by the hypothesis of inference basis and definition.What on earth is balance? Whether theory of balance can be regarded as the basic theory and approach of educational policy coordination? In terms of these questions, academia has not come to agreement.As a consequence, it is necessary to reflect on and reorganize the nature and definition of educational policy balance.
