| Abstract: | The election observation regulation is very popular in democratic elections in contemporary international societies.But this regulation has not yet been widely carried out in China's villagers' elections.In this paper,the author introduces the background,process and performances of election observation regulations in 2005 villagers' elections in Guangdong province.Meanwhile,the author points out the drawbacks and problems in this practice. |
