| 摘 要： | 随着武器装备机械化和信息化程度的提高,军人身体的适应能力成为军人体能中突出的一种能力。本文对军人身体适应能力概念和信息化作战条件下军人适应能力需求进行分析,并对加强适应能力手段进行阐述。为军队进一步开展军人适应能力训练提供一些依据。

| Abstract: | With the development of mechanization and information of the weapon and equipment,soldier s physical adaptation ability is emphasized.This paper analyzes the concept and the requirement of soldier s adaptation ability and explains some methods to improve soldier s adaptation.The main purpose is to provide foundation for solder s adaptation training. |
