| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化,社会对既精通业务又有较强外语能力的复合型人才的需求不断扩大,专门用途英语（简称ESP）教学研究成为21世纪一项亟待解决的课题,高职英语教学向ESP方向靠拢并转型已经成为改革的必然。因此,衔接好ESP与EGP的关系,打造一批高素质的教师队伍,能够有效促进高职ESP教学的开展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of global economic integration,compound talents who are both skilled in business and English are continuingly demanded in our society. English for Specific Purposes （referred to as ESP） is increasingly becoming an urgent subject in the 21st century. Turning to ESP is necessary for English teaching. Therefore, making balance between ESP and EGP and training teachers with high quality will promote the development of higher vocational ESP teaching effectively. |
