基于信息需求状态的农民信息不对称分析

解决农民信息不对称问题。是中国进入发展型社会的新任务，是新时期破解“三农”问题的新切入点，有利于农业生产方式变革和结构调整。有利于改善农村民生。有利于城乡协调发展。要解决农民信息不对称问题需加强农民信息意识。提高农民信息需求程度；加强农民的信息实践，促进潜在信息需求向现实信息需求的转化；根据农民需要，组织涉农信息生产；加强农村基层信息服务，促进涉农信息有效传播。

Analysis of Farmers Information Asymmetry from the Aspect of Information Demand State

China has been into the development-oriented so- ciety. In the new period, it is a new task and has important values and significances to solve farmers information asymme- try. It is the entry point of solving three-dimensional rural problems. It is conducive to change and restructure agricuhur- al production, to improve rural people＇s livelihood and coordi- nate the development of urban and rural areas. Based on the state of farmers＇information demand, the direct factors of farmers information asymmetry mainly include farmers cogni- tion, information practice and rural information service. Some suggestions have been put forward to solve farmers informa- tion asymmetry, such as improving farmers information con- sciousness and their information practice, organizing rural in- formation production according to farmers delnand and en- hancing grass-roots information service of rural areas.
