| 摘 要： | 推广国内外社会法治化管理的好经验、好做法，善力提升社会法治化管理水平，这是当前的一个重大的现实课题。鉴于此对较典型的美国、日本以及国内的山东省和江苏省的法治化管理模式进行探讨．以期对提升贵州社会法治化管理水平有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
