| 摘 要： | 运用企业质量管理的理沦,结合体育学院教学特点,对教学质量管理中的教学方针目标管理、教学质量保证体系、教学质量信息反馈及教学质量信息流程和信息处理等问题进行了探讨;并提出不断地以服从社会需要来调整教学计划,建立以“层层建、层层保”为主要特征的教学质最保证体系,建立院内外灵敏高效、畅通的反馈渠道及反馈信息处理8阶段步骤的具体设想和建议。

| Abstract: | The study,combining the theory of quality manmagenent with the teaching of physicaleducation college,made a discussion on the target mangement of instructional policy,the guaranteesystem of teaching quality,and the feedback,flow and procossing of information on teachingqualify.It was suggested that the teaching plan be continually adiusted according to social needs,the guarantee sysLem for teaching quality be set up at all levels,and a sensitive,effectivechannel for information feedback be developed in and out the college.Eight steps for processinginformation feedback were suggested. |
