| 摘 要： | 越位规则经历了一百年的历史,一直没有实质性的变化.执行越位规则既浪费观众的时间,又浪费大量的转播时间,对足球运动的发展没有任何帮助.文章从越位规则的起源、内容、判罚等方面剖析了它的落后和不适应性,提出了取消越位规则的想法.

| Abstract: | Through it's a-hundred-year existence, there has not been any substantial alteration of the offside rule. The carrying out of the rule is a waste of time of both spectators and television transmissions. The development of football cannot benefit from the offside rule. This article dissects the back wardness and unappropriateness of the rule from its origin, content and implementation. The author makes a suggestion to cancel the offside rule and would be glad to have further discussions. |
