面子研究综述

所谓面子是熟人社会或传统社会中，主体对自己能力、地位、尊严、道德等社会身份（或声望）在他人心目中的一种期待。面子的研究不足之处主要体现在多集中于理论层面的探讨，缺乏实际的证据。针对此现象，建议可从与面子相关的诚信角度着手，针对面子的内涵及机制进行可行性的研究。

A Review of Face Researches

Face is considered as an expectation of social identity or fame, such as self-ability, status, dignity and morality, in others＇ minds. The main shortage of these studies on face is that most of them focused on the theoretical level and lacked practical evidence. Aiming at this phenomenon, our suggestion is that further studies should be conducted to explore the relevant honesty, intension and mechanism of face.
