| Abstract: | The success of a good TV show anchor contributes to, on the one hand, the popular recognition and love by the audience, and on the other hand, his attitudes towards people, which are of far-reaching significance to medium disseminators. Factors that influence anchors＇ growth mainly come from the intrinsic decisive conditions and some necessary external conditions. |
