| 摘 要： | 利用中国1990-2009年的数据,采取序列平稳检验、协整分析方法、误差修正模型及其格兰杰因果关系检验等计量技术,考察财政科技投入与林业经济增长间的关系.结果表明,财政科技投入与林业经济增长间存在协整关系,且格兰杰因果关系检验结果还证实了两变量间的双向互动关系；林业经济增长短期变动受财政科技投入短期变动的影响不明显,而短期内财政科技投入变动受林业经济增长短期变动的影响则较大,长期来看,财政科技投入与林业经济增长相互间有显著促进作用；当林业经济增长偏离长期均衡时,将以12.03％的力度调整至均衡状态,而财政科技投入偏离长期均衡时,系统因素不能使偏差回到长期均衡状态,需借助外力调整.保持林业扶持政策的稳定性,加快林业产业物质、人力资本积累,强化科技投入的政策引导是保持财政科技投入与林业经济增长良性互动发展的有效途径.

| Abstract: | Using the date from 1990 to 2009,we explored interactive relationship between fiscal expenditure on S&T and forestry economic growth.Empirical results show that: Fiscal expenditure on S&T and forestry economic growth exsit co-integration relationship,interactive relationship between variables also confirmed by Granger causality test result;Forestry economic growth's short-term changes had been affected little by fiscal expenditure on S&T short-term changes,but fiscal expenditure on S&T's short-term changes ... |
