| 摘 要： | 客观而全面地认识水电的利弊,对于水利事业、能源工业和经济建设都具有重要意义.本文通过比较分析法和因素分析法,从资源禀赋、经济价值、社会价值、环境价值、开发能力等角度,阐述了水力发电与其他发电形式相比的比较优势;并说明,如果放着技术成熟、条件优越、效益良好的水电不开发,而以更高的代价、冒更多的风险去大力开发其他非化石电源,无论从经济、环境还是社会角度看,都是不合理的.本文首次完成了五种主要发电形式的比较分析.
