| 摘 要： | 法国公共研发经费渠道趋于多元化,使得2011年法国公共研发经费快速增长.新增经费渠道使整个公共研发经费增长达47亿欧元；高等教育和科研获得了国家财政优先支持；国家科研署2011年项目招标经费猛增；科研税收抵扣作为国家支持研发和创新的手段越来越受到企业欢迎,对企业技术创新的推动作用凸显；由于“投资未来”计划于2011年率先投入高等教育和科研领域,大大提升了公共研发投入强度,法国为其今天和未来的增长大举投资.
