| 摘 要： | 软件产业是知识经济的核心,是基础性、战略性新兴产业和21世纪的主导产业,其竞争力直接影响国家和区域的未来经济社会可持续发展水平.因此,对河北省软件产业竞争力进行科学的审视和评价已成为加快河北省软件产业发展面临的首要问题.本文通过对波特的产业竞争力模型拓展与延伸,构建了基于技术竞争力、生产竞争力与市场竞争力的评价指标体系,同时尝试结合因子分析、聚类分析和数据包络分析方法,首次对河北省软件产业竞争力进行了量化评价.
