渭南非公有制经济发展存在的问题及对策

Non-public Ownership Economy Development in Weinan: Problems and Way-out

Non public ownership economy plays an important part in Weinan's economic development. However, it is still constrained and affected by its outside environment and its own limitations. In order to realize the greater development of non public ownership economy, the people's minds should be further emancipated, the traditional ideas be renewed, the local government's functions be transformed, the conduct of the government be regularized, and the self perfection of the non public ownership economy itself be strengthened.
