| 摘 要： | 文章通过南疆实地调研获得大量第一手资料,首先对城镇化的内涵和目标作了阐述;其次,用大量数据分析展现了"环塔"区域城镇化建设的现状;第三,对"环塔"区域城镇化发展实力进行了综合评价;第四,试图梳理制约新疆南部城镇化发展的突出问题和挑战;最后,提出推进"环塔"区域新型城镇化建设的战略构思和对策措施.

| Abstract: | The thesis writer has obtained first-hand information by making a field-work survey in south Xinjiang,expounded the content and target of urbanization before unfolding Tarim-Rim Regional Urbanization based on a large amount of data for analysis;made a overall assessment of the regional-urbanization development strength;combed out obvious problems and challenges that check south Xinjiang's urbanization development;advanced strategic concept and measures of Tarim-Rim regional new urbanization construction. |
