| 摘 要： | 梁廷枏十分重视戏曲宾白的作用，他认为在元曲中就已经出现了一些文人写作的成就较高的宾白，并把宾白和曲文、情节、场面相提并论，提高了宾白的地位。他还对宾白的地位及与曲文的关系进行阐释定位，丰富了意境理论的研究。另外，他也对骈白、宾白教量等进行了讨论，这些观点都有重要的价值。
