| 摘 要： | 为了更好地调动学校教职工的积极性，必须全面推行学校内部工资制度改革。本文着重介绍从量化学校教职工工作量着手，将３０％浮动工资按教职工所完成的工作量进行分配，并用计算机进行计算处理的具体做法，操作方便，计算简单。通过几年来的实践证明，效果良好

| Abstract: | In order to further arouse the enthusiasm of the staff inside school, the reform of the wage system inside school must be carried out. This paper introduces with emphasis on the specific methods with a convenient practice and simple calculation. That is the staff will be distributed with 30 percent floating wages according to their completed amount of work by calculating it, and all these can be dealt with a computer.It proves better during several years practice. |
