山东省竞技体操后备人才培养的纵向分析与发展思谋

采用文献查阅、实地调研、问卷调查等研究方法,以外在社会环境、中间保障系统和内部人力资源为主线进行调查与分析,从整体上把握山东省竞技体操后备人才的培养现状.结果得出:1)山东省竞技体操后备人才培养系统主要由外在社会环境、中间保障系统和内部人力资源三个子系统构成;2)仍然是政府主导型管理体制,"金字塔"型训练体制,省体育局统一规划、地市体育局和教育局联合组织的竞赛体制;3)社会认可度较低,群众基础薄弱,生源短缺;4)训练器材的维修保养不及时,食宿和医务监督条件较差,经费来源渠道单一;5)运动员的再就业、再教育、运动伤害保险等问题不能有效解决;6)运动员梯队建设不合理,二、三线数量相对不足,年龄断档现象明显;教练员人数偏少,科研能力偏弱,各地市教练员与运动员的数量搭配比率不均衡;裁判员总体比较敬业,但大部分来自非中立单位,影响了比赛的公正性.
