大理白族“三道茶”及其旅游开发研究

摘    要:大理白族“三道茶”是一项独具地方特色和民族特色的民族习俗,但其起源与汉族有密切的关系,是由晋、唐时期的汉人的“茶与姜桂混饮”方式发展而来,同时融入了白族人民深厚的人生哲学,进而形成独具特色的白族“三道茶”茶道。“三道茶”的历史文化内涵及其特有的“一苦、二甜、三回味”的茶道精神为其旅游深度开发提供了文化依据和广阔的开发空间。

Abstract:"Three Tea" of Dali Bai People is unique local characteristics and the national customs with ethnic characteristics. The origin of the tea has a close relation with Han people, which came down from the "tea and ginger mixed drink" of Han people in Jin and Tang periods and at the same time melted into the profound philosophy of life of Bai people. The historical and cultural connotation of " Three Tea" and the tea spirit of "one bitter , two sweet, three aftertaste," will provide a cultural basis and a broad space for the deep development of its tourism.
