| 摘 要： | 当今互联网时代,新型的电子传播方式如E-mail、电子贺卡或请柬、手机通话及短信I、M工具和包括博客、论坛、交友网站在内的网络社区等层出不穷、日新月异。传统纸质信函的使用率日渐下降,对其加以及时的收藏和保护,将是文博部门面临的一个重要而紧迫的任务。
