| 摘 要： | 江泽民总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立80周年大会上的重要讲话，通篇贯穿了解放思想，实事求是的精神，全面回顾和系统总结了我们党80年的光辉历程和基本经验，全面阐述了“三个代表”得要思想的科学内涵，我们要认真学习这篇重要讲话，进一步把思想和行动统一到讲话精神上来；以讲话精神为指导，坚持解放思想，事实求是的思想线，以讲话精神为指导，进一步推动我院的改革和发展。

| Abstract: | The important speech made by General Secret ary JIANG Ze-min on the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China is permitted with a spirit of emancipating the mind and seeking truth f rom facts. In his speech, JIANG Ze-min made a systematic generalization and sum m ation of the glorious history and basic experience of the Communist Party of Chi na and especially made a comprehensive and explicit exposition of the scientific connotation of Three Represents. We should study the spee c h earnestly and put the theory into practice in order to take further steps to promote the educational reform and development of Shiyan Technical Institute. |
