| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析在高校中建立融洽的师生关系的途径，在师生关系中特别注意的几个问题，阐述在高等院校中建立融洽的师生关系的重要意义，纠正在高等学校学生工作中不正常的师生关系，使高等学校的学生在融洽师生关系中健康成长，从而实现学生教育与管理工作的目标。
