| 摘 要： | 联合作战指挥人才的缺乏,将影响和制约军事斗争准备工作的开展,需要我们紧密结合军队转型和军事训练转变,加强对信息化条件下联合作战指挥人才培养有关问题的研究.在分析我军和外军联合作战指挥人才培养现状,把握联合作战指挥人才成长与发展要求的基础上,有针对性地提出了我军培育联合作战指挥人才的对策.

| Abstract: | At present,our army hasn't enough commanders of the joint operation.At the same time it has been the main element to restrict the preparations for military straggle.So we should combine troops transformation and the changes in military training,and study problems concerned in training the commanders of the joint operation under the condition of informationization.This thesis analyses the present situation,and illustrates the basic requirements for growth and cultivation of the commanders of joint operation.... |
