| 摘 要： | 政治权威现代化是政治现代化的一个重要内容.现代政治权威与传统政治权威的区别在于它的统一性、政党性、有限制性、有始有终性、对政治权威的有选择性和自愿认同性等.政治权威制度的发展成熟大致可划分为三个阶段,在不同的阶段,政治权威与政治稳定的关系表现出不同的情形.现代化建设需要政治权威,没有政治权威,经济、政治、文化和社会的现代化都是不可能的,只有实现政治权威的现代化、制度化、平民化的要求,政治权威与政治稳定才能真正获得一致性的发展.

| Abstract: | The modernization of political authority is an important component in political modernization. Modern political authority is different from traditional political authority in that modern authority is characterized by unity, party, restriction, time limitation, and choice and ratification by people. The development of political authority can be divided into three stages, in each or which the relation between political authority and political stability shows different characteristics. The construction of modernization needs political authority, without which the modernization of economy, politics, culture and society are impossible. But only when political authority meets the demand of modernization, systemization and the populace can political authority and political stability develop evenly. |
