青少年学生的同伴群体交往及其影响

摘    要:从青少年同伴群体概念出发,分析其形成的自发性、群体结构的松散和极强的凝聚力、变化的游戏规则、个人与群体的互动特征及个人的多重真实性等特征,并指出青少年学生同伴群体交往的促进作用及消极影响。

Abstract:The fact that the peer group formed spontaneously in the adolescent has its unique educational function and it plays more and more important role in teenagers’ social development.On the basis of the concept of adolescent peer groups,the forming spontaneity,loose group structure and strong cohesiveness,changing rule of the game,the interaction features between individual and the group and multiple reality of the individual are analyzed.The positive impacts and the negative effects of the interaction of the adolescent students in peer group are pointed out.
