| 摘 要： | 从知识资本的含义、研究方向、研究内容以及研究对象等方面对国内外知识资本研究的现状进行了分析。指出了目前知识资本研究存在的主要不足，并探讨其未来的研究趋势。知识资本研究需要建立自己的理论体系，加强对大学知识资本化活动的研究，更加深入地考察知识与资本之间的关系以及政府的角色问题，并增加实证研究的比例。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the current status of knowledge capital research from definition,study orientation,content and object at home and abroad,then points out unre-solved issues and discusses the research trend of the studies on knowledge capital. It may be briefly summed up researchers need to establish the theoretical framework,to strengthen the knowledge capitalization of university,to investigate the relation between knowledge and capital as well as enhance the role of government and the proportion of empirical re-search. |
