| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育需求的多样性，民办高校具体情况的多样性，以及“两员”自身情况的多样性，呼唤“两员”角色的多重性。用开放的观点看待“两员”角色定位及其工作模式，放手让“两员”履行职责，使之不仅成为上级派出的指导者、民办高校的好帮手，还应成为完善“两员”制度的实践者和探索者。

| Abstract: | The role of liaison and commissioner requires to be multiplied in accor-dance with diversity regarding demands of private higher education and specific circum-stances of private universities,in addition to variety of their own conditions. Besides,we should view the role orientation and work mode of liaison and commissioner with an open mind and make them perform their duties without interference. In this way ,they could not only become real instructor sent by the superior and good assistant of private universities but also they could become the practitioner and researcher of improving the system of li-aison and commissioner. |
