论大众化高等教育背景下学生的人文素质教育

高等教育大众化的到来给高校思想政治教育带来前所未有的冲击:学生的价值取向多元化、主体性增强、社会化速度加快。由于应试教育的负面影响和社会生活中许多因素的干扰,大学生群体不同程度地存在着人文素质缺失的问题。高校思想政治教育应当研究新问题、实施新方法,才能确保大学生思想政治教育的针对性、实效性。因此,应加强对大学生进行人文素质教育,给予他们人文关怀。

Student's Humanity Quality Education under the Background of Popularization of Higher Education

The political education of university is suffering unprecedented impact from the popularization of higher education.The values of the students today are diverse,at the same time,the swollen cranium of them strengthens and the speed of student's socialization accelerates.The negative influence from examination-oriented training education and interruption from many aspects of social life bring the problem of humanity lacking to college students in different extents.The political education of high school should study new problems and implements to guarantee the focalization and implementation of high school student's ideological education.Thus,the humanity education of high school should be reinforced.
