| 摘 要： | 权力腐败现象的滋生和蔓延,是我国当前社会主义现代化建设过程中必须严肃面对的重大问题.党和政府对此应采取积极有效的措施即限制和约束不正当的权力;扩大社会主义!民主;在经济体制改革中真正实行政企分开;加强执政党自身的廉政建设.只有这样,才能遏制权力腐败,加速社会主义现代化实现的进程.

| Abstract: | The growth and spread of power corruption is a seri ous problem in the process of the construction of our socialist modernization.Th e party and the government should take such positive and effective measures as : confining the inappropriate power;expanding the socialist democracy;separating t he government and the enterprise in the reform of the economic system;strengthen ing the construction of an honest and clean government of the ruling party.Only by doing so,can we hold back the power corruption and speed the realization proc ess of the socialist modernization. |
