| 摘 要： | 介绍协同产品设计链的定义,提出协同产品设计链的新产品开发框架和基于用户需求驱动的协同设计模式,论述供应商参与产品开发以及设计链的产品设计流程重组,并从交易成本的角度,阐述设计链管理模式下产品开发组织创新的可行性和必要性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce definition of the collaborative design chain,putting forward frame of new product development and based on consumer collaborative mode of design chain,discuss supplier involvement and design process reengineering of collaborative design chain,under view of trade cost theory,discuss the necessity and feasibility of organizational innovation in mode of collaborative design chain. |
