| 摘 要： | 从我国民办教育发展的实践与政策来看,在当前中国民办教育的转型期,优化政策环境是转型期中国民办教育发展的最期待所在。有关职能部门能够予以关注并切实采取措施来依法解决"合理回报"、严格规范"名校办民校"行为、科学制定"收费"与"招生"政策、依法明确"产权"政策、加快健全"风险防范"机制等,中国民办教育才能顺利较快的度过转型期,中国民办教育真正健康发展的方向就会更加明确。
