| 摘 要： | 村民自治对促进农村政治经济发展和社会稳定有着十分重要的意义 ,但对村民自治在中国民主建设中的定位问题还有深入探讨的必要。文章认为 ,村民自治在民主建设中已先行一步 ,但它永远不是民主建设的全部内容 ,中国的民主成长更需要高层的民主建设 ,需要高层民主与基层民主的联动、协调与相互促进。

| Abstract: | Though villager autonomy plays an important role in promoting rural political and economic development and social stability,it's necessary to probe into the orientation of villagers autonomy in the process of Chinese democratic construction.This essay tries to demonstrate the standpoint that villager autonomy has gone ahead in the process of democratic construction,but it's not the whole contents of democratic construction forever.Chinese democratic prosperity needs senior democratic construction and the linkage coordination and mutual promotion between senior democracy and grassroots democracy. |
