| 摘 要： | 本文对凤阳县 1 999年 1 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 2月期间 1 2个基层冷配点配种资料进行了调查 ,结果表明 :接受波尔山羊冻精颗粒冷配的本地山羊情期受胎率仅有 32 .4% ( 1 495 /460 8头 ) ,与此相比 ,波尔山羊本交受胎率为 85 % ( 875 /1 0 2 9头 )。分析了导致波尔山羊冻精配种受胎率低下技术方面的原因。

| Abstract: | The article was reported about analysis of reasons of technique in practice on low conception rate by artificial insemination with freezing semen in Boer goats. The result showed that the first cycle conception rate of Boer goats by the way of freezing semen insemination was 32.4%(1495/4608), one by the way of natural mating 85%(875/1029) through investigation of 18 artificial insemination stations and their information during February 1998 to January 2002 in Ling bi county of Anhui province. |
